PACE THE BREATH
Breathing Series
Breath-led audio experiences designed to help the body soften, the mind settle, and the nervous system return to a state of calm regulation. Each track uses seamless breath cycles with extended exhales, creating a rhythm that supports rest, recovery, and deeper inner presence.
When paired with mantras or affirmations, the breath becomes more than a pattern. It becomes a doorway into intention, awareness, and embodied transformation.

What Is The Breathing Series?
The Jumping Mystic
Begin with this orientation episode to understand how the Breathing Series works.
FIND YOUR RHYTHM
Find the Tempo That Feels Natural
Start around 5 or 6 breaths per minute, then adjust by feel.
Start in the Middle
Begin with 5 or 6 breaths per minute. If the rhythm feels too fast, choose a slower track. If it feels too slow, choose a faster one.
Follow the Sound Cues
Bells mean breathe in. Cymbals mean breathe out. This pattern creates longer exhales, which can support relaxation and help the body shift into a rest and recovery state.
Comfort Is the Target
The right tempo should feel steady and natural. The goal is comfort, not forcing the breath, and we should not feel like we are holding the breath at any point.
Each breathing series has its own unique music. The title of the series or associated Quantum Arc is not the focus of the practice. There is no voice guidance beyond the sound cues — only different musical atmospheres to breathe with.
INTENTION PRACTICES
Breathing Rhythm With Directed Focus
This section is for practices that use the breathing cue system as a foundation. We then add an affirmation, chant, mantra, or lyrical instruction to focus awareness toward a specific intention.
CURRENT COLLECTION
Beyond the Fade
Imagine being able to think bigger, see further, and move beyond what currently feels possible. Beyond the Fade is designed to help you treat the biggest thing you can imagine as a doorway, not a limit, so your sense of possibility can keep expanding further and further.
